WP3 Intangible effects

“Intangible” effects are costs of natural hazards which are not, or at least not easily measurable in monetary terms like effects on human health or on the environment. The objectives of WP3 are:
·    Compilation and analysis of methods, data and terminology for the assessment of health and environmental effects of natural hazards and their monetary valuation
·    Recommendations on methods and identification of research needs, as well as similarities and methods between the different hazard types.
In order to achieve these objectives a literature review will be carried out in order to compile the state-of-art in intangible cost assessment.
